BD Super "B" Special Turbos

For trucks with 375-525 rwhp. Match the airflow and performance of some twin-turbo systems at less than half the cost. Based on the Borg-Warner S300 turbocharger, the Super B special flows an amazing 80 lbs. of air per minute and is perfect for late-model Cummins common-rail or modified 24 and 12-valve engines. Featuring Borg Warner’s extended tip compressor wheel and BD exclusive dual-volute turbine housing, the Super B Special can deliver enough air for 525 rear wheel horsepower on diesel only, and is a bolt-in replacement for the stock turbo. Plus, the adjustable waste gate with a high temperature resistant Nomex diaphragm and heavier spring keeps the bypass valve closed, raising boost levels for increased performance and helping to prevent waste gate “creep”. The kit includes all necessary adapters, new down pipe, spring-loaded T-bar clamps and turbo feed/drain fittings.
