The items I want are in my shopping cart. How do I determine the shipping cost?
We calculate your shipping costs based on your location. To determine your shipping cost, open your shopping cart and enter your zip code into the shipping calculator at the top of the screen to get a shipping estimate.
How does Northwest Truckworks determine shipping?
Being online consumers ourselves, we are sensitive to the cost of shipping. As a rule we never charge our customers more than our direct cost for shipping. You will find our shipping prices some of the lowest in the industry.
Where do you ship?
We will ship anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.
How are the items shipped?
By default we use FedEx Ground and UPS Ground for our shipments. If you require express shipment, contact our sales department for a rate quote.
How do I track my order?
Northwest Truckworks will send you status emails as your order progresses through our system. When your item has shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. You can use that tracking number to track your shipment on the UPS or FedEx website.
What happens if an item is lost in shipping?
If the shipper (FedEx or UPS) verifies that the package was lost prior to arriving at your destination, we will replace the goods at no charge. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen after delivery or shipments that are lost without shipper confirmation.
What happens if an item is damaged during shipment?
Your shipper is responsible for damage during shipping. Contact the shipper within 48 hours of receiving the product and file a damage claim.
Returns Policy
Within 20 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any of the following items for a full refund, less shipping costs:
-- Any item that has been unopened, or is in new condition with original packaging.
-- Any item that is defective or damaged
-- Any item received with missing parts or components
Because they are painted to order, CURT Custom Colors hitches and accessories are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Freight must be prepaid to return destination; COD shipments will not be accepted. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for any return. To request a RMA, contact customer support. All return items must be securely packed and shipped with the completed RMA form to the address indicated on the RMA form. We recommend you insure the package in the event it is damaged during shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products that show clear evidence of use will not be accepted for refund.
