jean westin - 12/11/2005 Rating: I bought some GoClaws for our trucks. I drive a 2005 Dodge 3500 and my husband a 1994 Dodge 2500. I live in the Northwest so during winter roads can get icy and certainly when we go to the mountains we can be in deep snow. Most times with 4-wheel drive we don't need chains but when we go offroad onto more back county roads even with 4 wheel drive we need chains. What I like about the GoClaws are that they are easy to install, are lightweight, and are easy to carry. They also don't make any noise while driving, which was a big plus for my husband when he went hunting this fall and needed chains because of the wet rains making the dirt roads slippery.
