Increasing horsepower and torque is as simple as pushing a button with Hypertech's Power Programmer III! Simply plug the Power Programmer into the underdash diagnostic plug, answer a series of "Yes/No" questions, and the Power Programmer does the rest. The Power Programmer is much more than a tuning chip. It is a self-contained automotive tuning computer!. The Power Programmer lets you choose Hypertech's Power Tuning program for regular 87 octane or premium 93 octane gasoline. Both options improve performance without detonation. After the tuning program is selected, the Programmer automatically installs the program and allows you to access and reprogram the vehicle's computer to function properly with aftermarket components such as non-stock tire sizes and rear-end gear ratios.
The Power Programmer is incredibly powerful, but it is also incredibly easy to use. Reprogramming does not require any tools or knowledge of cars or even computers. Plus, you can return to OEM (stock) programming in just minutes. |

: Dual Tuning Nitrous Power Modules for 1987-1995 Ford Mustangs
With a Hypertech Dual Tuning Power Module you get the benefit of a Power Module for every day non-nitrous driving and a Nitrous Chip when you're "on the bottle". The Dual Tuning Module contains two sets of Hypertech Power Tuning. During normal (non-nitrous) driving the Power Module tuning is used. But when you hit the button, in less than one crankshaft revolution, power tuning developed specifically for nitrous is controlling the air/fuel ratio and spark timing. Not only do you get a substantial horsepower gain, but the nitrous calibrated spark curve eliminates detonation and drastically reduces the risk of engine damage. The Dual Tuning Nitrous Module was designed for the NOS/5115 Stage I and Stage II kits and similar nitrous kits from any manufacturer. Available for 1987-1995 Ford Mustangs.

, used in conjunction with a low-temperature PowerStat thermostat, is the most powerful chip you can run on the street. The ThermoMaster not only provides maximum performance, but it will also help keep the engine cooler in situations of extreme heat such as emergency vehicles, desert driving, competition, etc. The Hypertech PowerStat thermostat lowers both the temperature of the incoming air/fuel mixture and the engine coolant temperature. The Hypertech PowerStat is specifically designed for use with the Thermomaster Power Chip. ThermoMasters contain special programming that allows the use of a 160-degree or 180-degree thermostat. If you can't or don't want to change the thermostat, then use the Street Runner.
